How It Started…
Building Community – Getting Organized on the Main Line
Organizing is my passion.
I am very lucky that I get to do what I LOVE each & everyday.
I love helping people in their homes and offices…getting my hands dirty…but in recent years, I’ve been getting more and more requests for organizing advice, recommendations, resources on social media. Those notifications became more and more frequent as friends and clients would tag me in a post, most frequently on Main Line Parent Community, where someone was asking a question about how to organize this or that or they were looking for a Professional Organizer.
It became so hard to respond to each and every tag in a timely fashion. Something needed to change! People needed my help. So I did some research and saw there was no other specific organizing pages for our area, the Main Line…so I decided to start one myself…and so Getting Organized On The Main Line (GOML) was born.
Not everyone has the means to hire a professional organizer…or they don’t want a stranger in their house, going through their things…but that doesn’t mean that they should be deprived of the benefits of hiring one.
In my clients’ home & offices, I find that they need certain things to motivate them to get organized.
- People need to have a cheerleader.
- People need a support system.
- People need to be inspired.
When I can’t be with every person, in their home or office…There’s a safe space, to find all of the motivation, support and advice you need…GOML.
Our members (7500 strong & counting) help and support each other…24/7.
Organizing isn’t a secret. It’s simple.
- Before you start, set yourself up for success.
- Start off small and work your way up and know…
GOML will be here when you need it.
